Joining our other comic creator guests, such as the legendary Stan Lee (Marvel Comics), Chris Spouse (Black Panther, Tom Strong) and Dean Rankine (Simpsons comics) – who have already been announced for the Brisbane and Adelaide event – is Alejandro Barrionuevo (Storm, Batman: Gotham Knights), Stewart McKenny (Star Wars: Clone Wars, DC Super Friends), Mark Raats (illustrator for the motion picture industry) and Ryan K. Lindsay (Beautiful Canvas, Negative Space), who can all be found in ‘The Alley’: a collective for publishing talent.
The Brisbane leg of the tour will also play host to Darren Close (Killeroo), Adam Nichols (Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Fruit Ninja), Wayne Nichols (Orphan Black, The X-Files), Jon Sommariva (TMNT: Amazing Adventures), Samantha Calcraft (Starrytellers), and Banksia Project recipient Clancy Coe.
Adelaide will have its own set of exclusives, with creators David Yardin (Storm) David Follett (Uncle Silas: GENETIS, Kookabarry), Tim McBurnie (Ara, Pinocchio), Georgina Chadderton (Oh Brother) and Banksia Project recipients Jana Hoffmann & Jess Cate (Heart of Millyera).
In other guest news, due to an extension of his current film requirements, Supergirl and Teen Wolf star, Tyler Hoechlin, has had to sadly cancel his appearance in Brisbane. Adelaide fans can maintain their excitement however as Tyler will still be flying down for that event.
