How do I book a space at Supanova?

To become an exhibitor at Supanova you will first need to register an account at our online exhibitor portal exhibitors.supanova.com.au.

Once registered, you can login and book the event you wish to attend. If the portal shows the event you wish to attend as active there is still space to book. If the event is fully booked it will not be available and will show as “Fully Booked”

What are the costs associated with exhibiting at Supanova?

Pricing varies between events, please go to online exhibitor portal exhibitors.supanova.com.au and download the Exhibitor Prospectus for full details on pricing, early bird rates, cut off periods and event dates.

Insurance

Do I need insurance cover?
YES, you will not be allowed access to the venue for bump in if your insurance cover is not up to date. Market Stall Holder's insurance will cover most bookings however please consult with your own insurance issuing agency.

BUMP IN

EXHIBITOR PASSES

Exhibitor passes are not sent out prior to the event, they can be collected at the exhibitor check in desk when you arrive for bump in at the event. You can transfer wristbands between staff however do not cut a wristband and re-use. Please swap a used wristband for a new one from either the exhibitor services desk or the ticket box office. Any person wearing a "cut" wristband will be questioned by security and or removed from Supanova.

PARKING

Some venues offer discounted parking for exhibitors. Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual for more information on pricing and locations. You can download this from the Exhibitor Information & Downloads section of the exhibitors portal.

Strictly NO parking is allowed on the loading dock of any venue.

WI-FI & INTERNET

You can book Wi-Fi & Internet access via the venue directly. Please refer to the Venue Services Pack found in the Exhibitor Information & Downloads section of the exhibitors portal.

HI-VIS SAFETY WEAR

Hi-vis is mandatory during bump in and bump out. You can add a hi-vis vest to your Supanova booking via the exhibitors portal. Alternatively, there are a very limited qty available to purchase onsite however it is recommended that you provide your own hi-vis vest available from any work wear and safety wear retail store, hardware stores, Big W, Kmart and most variety stores.

Please ensure that any safety wear purchased is compliant with Australian safety standards.

EXHIBITOR FREIGHT

Supanova provides freight services only for the Sydney & Perth events. For all other expos you will need to make your own freight arrangements with whatever courier/transport company that suits your requirements and budget, Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual for more information on procedures.
