Beacon Hills is headed to Supanova Comic Con & Gaming next April, with Teen Wolf heartthrobs Tyler Posey and Tyler Hoechlin leading our first Melbourne (6-7 April) and Gold Coast (13-14 April) Supa-Star Guest announcements.
Posey has become a pop culture favourite since signing on as Scott McCall on the MTV cult hit, and has gone on to voice Inferno/Dante Pertuz on Marvel Rising: Initiation, portray Shane on Scream: The TV Series and Gordon Greenleaf on Kevin Smith’s Yoga Hosers.
Meanwhile, returning Supa-Star alumnus Hoechlin is currently soaring as Superman on Supergirl.
Fellow CW talent, Australia’s own Eliza Taylor, who hit the global stage as Clarke Griffin on The 100, will also land in Melbourne and Gold Coast, while pop culture film fans can delight in Serbian actor Stefan Kapičić (Colossus in Deadpool), Napoleon Dynamite funny-man, Jon Heder (Blades of Glory, The Benchwarmers), and Matt Ryan (Constantine, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow).
The first April announcement also features Clive Standen (Vikings, Taken), Toby Stephens (Black Sails, Lost in Space), and voice-acting hot property, Overwatch’s Jonny Cruz and Lucie Pohl.
The incredibly talented costuming queen Kamui Cosplay will also return for her second tour with Supanova, and rounds out the first artist announcement.
Supanova is a celebration of fandom, where the worlds of film and television, fantasy, comic books, anime, sci-fi, cartoons, books, gaming and collectables comes to life! There’s something for everyone, including ‘cosplay’ (costume-role play), fan clubs, musical performances, creative master classes, celebrity Q&As, wrestling, tournaments, competitions and an expo full of shopping possibilities.
