How do I book a space at Supanova?
To become an exhibitor at Supanova you will first need to register an account at our online exhibitor portal https://exhibitors.supanova.com.au.
Once registered, you can login and book the event you wish to attend. If the portal shows the event you wish to attend as active there is still space to book. If the event is fully booked it will not be available and will show as “Fully Booked”
What are the costs associated with exhibiting at Supanova?
Pricing varies between events, please go to online exhibitor portal https://exhibitors.supanova.com.au and download the Exhibitor Prospectus for full details on pricing, early bird rates, cut off periods and event dates

Accessibility Enquiry Type*
We allow Companion Card holders into our events for free if they are accompanying someone less able bodied who has purchased a ticket and needs additional assistance. All that you need to do is enter together and show our Ticketing & Security team the purchased ticket and the Companion Card and they will take care of you.
We train our staff and volunteers to keep an eye out for people who need additional assistance especially when they are in queues. If you feel you need more assistance please approach one of our friendly volunteers and they’ll be more than happy to help.

When will Tickets go on sale?
Tickets generally gone on sale around 6-8 weeks prior to the tour. Please keep an eye on our website and social media platforms for more information.
I have a problem purchasing tickets
If you're having any issues purchasing Tickets or Tokens, logging into your account, or simply need them re-sent to you, we recommend contacting our ticketing partner Ticketbooth directly as we do not have access to their systems, and they will be more than happy to assist you with any technical issues you may be having.
When will Autograph/Photograph Tokens go on sale?
We aim to have Tokens available approximately four weeks before the event, however this is subject to change. Please keep an eye on our website and social media platforms, as we'll make an announcement once the exact dates are confirmed.

Can I get a Certificate of Authenticity? (COA)
Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) for Autographs acquired at Supanova are available to purchase at each show. We are currently only able to offer authentications for Autographs obtained at the event you are attending at the time, and cannot provide back-dated COAs.
