Video Playback
We can cater for a different video playback but prefer mp4 and mov files encoded to web standard H.264 supplied on USB or sent to us before show. Our seminar rooms are setup for stereo playback. Our operators can queue up your videos as instructed.

Audio & Microphones
At Supanova we use hand held wireless microphones, but some presentations work better hands free. We offer head-set microphones on our Imagineers & Gaming Stage.

Please note, due to Supanova being a live environment, we don't supply lapel microphones.

Laptops
We prefer you not to bring your laptop onto stage, but some presentations do require it (different software demo's, etc).

While we will endeavour to make sure that your seminar will run smoothly, we cannot guarantee a fault free session when using your own laptop.
Please make sure you arrive at your seminar room a minimum 10 minutes before start to hook up your machine.
