Trina Nishimura began her acting career at the age of nine in community theater and began touring in theatrical productions at age 13. From meager beginnings to a long career on stage, screen, and in voice work, Trina’s most notable roles in voice acting span over two decades and include over 350 titles in a multitude of genres.
Fans will recall Trina’s many dutiful portrayals as: Mikasa Ackerman in Attack on Titan and Attack on Titan Junior High, Jiro Kyoka in My Hero Academia, Kurisu Makise in the Steins;Gate iterations, Lan Fan in Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Wadatsumi (and others) in One Piece, Sally in Black Clover, Minami in Yuri!!! on ICE, Helen Mathers in the Date A Live franchise, Park Heejin in Solo Leveling, Milly Thompson in Trigun: Badlands Rumble, Sherry in Fairy Tale, Mari in Evangelion 2.22 and 3.33, Ran-Mao in Black Butler, Lihua in Apothecary Diaries, Sarah in Love Live! Sunshine!!, the young Akito Soma in Fruits Basket, or as Etie from the popular game Fire Emblem Engage, and Ehre in Frieren.
