Supanova welcomes Carer and Companion Cards*, as well as official service animals. For Companion Card holders, simply present your valid card when you arrive to have your ticket scanned, and your companion will be given complimentary entry to assist you throughout the event. The same applies for Carer Card holders, who will be given free admission when attending to assist a paid ticketholder.
The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and Supanova are committed to providing equitable access to all visitors. All public areas of the BCEC can be accessed by wheelchair and designated disabled parking bays are available in car parks 1, 2 & 3, enter from Merivale Street. Supanova now has a quiet space available for attendees who may be experiencing sensory overload or are overwhelmed and need a space away from the crowds. If you require assistance in this capacity, please speak to any of our wonderful volunteers who will be able to either direct or escort you to the designated space.
Each Seminar Room has reserved accessibility seating, as well as designated wheelchair areas. Should you require seating in these areas, or any other form of assistance throughout the day, simply speak to one of our friendly volunteers or crew, and they will be happy to assist.
*Please note that an admission ticket must be purchased to receive complimentary carer or companion entry, and that both parties must be present upon admission to the event.
