Win Tickets to a Preview Screening of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

1. Competition opens 1:00pm AEST, Wednesday, 21 November 2018 and closes 6:00pm AEST, Monday, 26 November 2018 (“the Promotion Period”).
2. Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 15 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Supanova Pop Culture Industries Pty LTD, Sony Pictures Releasing and associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. There are ten (10) double passes to the Sydney preview (Wednesday, 28 November 2018, Event Cinemas George Street at 6:00pm), and twenty-five (25) double passes to the Brisbane preview (Friday, 30 November 2018, Event Cinemas Myer Centre at 7:00pm).
   a) Each double pass is valued at $60.00 each.
   b) Total prize pool valued at $2,100.00.
4. This promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
5. Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period and include an answer 25 words or less, first and last names, age, a valid email address, postal address, and a phone number.
6. One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.
7. Winners will be selected after Monday, 26 November 2018 and notified through the email provided.
8. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
9. The judges’ decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winner’s Entry Details, including name and postal address will be given to the distributor (Sony Pictures Releasing) and/or their agencies to facilitate prize dispatch.
11. Supanova Pop Culture Industries Pty LTD accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
13. If any prize pack (or part of any prize pack) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
14. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
    a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
    f) use of a prize.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Facebook, Twitter or Instagram will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the double pass (including but not limited to travel to and from the event) are not included. Any unused balance of a double pass will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a double pass is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the double pass.

The ticket prizes (major prize) are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or any companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize. The winner (and any companion) will be responsible for their own transport to and from the event venue and any costs associated.

The in-season double passes (minor prize) can be redeemed at selected cinemas that are screening the movie ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’. The double pass must be taken whilst the movie ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’ is screening, with each cinema determining how long the movie will screen at that cinema.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take or claim a prize (or part of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
