As part of Supanova TV, November Supa-Stars Amy Acker and Julie Benz took part in a heated round of competitive interview Jenga during their stopover in Brisbane, earlier this month.
While we await the video in all its glory, here’s a sneak peek of what host Quinny was able to extract during the intense match.
Amy, what’s your favourite thing about Julie?
“She’s beautiful, smart, funny. She’s the full package. If I could marry her, I would.”
Julie, what Shakespeare character would you have Amy play?
“Lady Macbeth, because I think people underestimate Amy.”
Which is cooler: demons of vampires?
Amy: “Demons.”
What children’s movie would you watch over and over again?
Julie: “Obviously, George of the Jungle 2 because it stars my favourite actress of all time: Me. And we shot it here in Australia, and there are animals that talk.”
Amy: “Girls Just Want to Have Fun. I think it’s the best movie ever. You dance and skip school.”
If you could be reborn into any decade, which one would you choose?
Amy: “1920s. I’d like to be a little flapper girl.”
Julie: “2040, in the future, because I think we’re in a great time to be a woman. I think it’s just going to get better. I don’t want to go back. I don’t want to be a little housewife or a pioneer woman. I like being able to wear jeans and be comfortable.”
Who’s the hottest: Angel, Spike or Wesley?
Amy: “Wesley.”
Julie: “It’d be weird if I said Spike, because he’s like my grandson. It’s weird enough Angel’s my son. Actually, Spike is like my great-grandson. It’s even weirder. Don’t get me down that road. I’ll go Wesley. He’s not related.”
What’s more fun to play, good guys or bad guys?
Julie: “I really like characters who transition from either good to bad or bad to good.”
Amy: “I would have said Julie’s answer, but I’ll go with bad guys that have you think are bad but they believe what they’re doing is right.”
What’s your weirdest skill?
Amy: “I can put my legs behind my head and walk on my hands.”
Julie: “Thumbelina stuck in a jar.”
If you want to know what “Thumbelina stuck in a jar” is, looks like you’ll have to check an eye out for the full Supanova TV episode.
