In August last year, the folks at Warner Bros. DC delivered an online streaming event on a scale never previously attempted. Covering everything from films, television, comics, games and more, the DC brand has entertained and thrilled fans for over 80 years, and for a world in lockdown, they forwent more traditional convention reveals in favour of creating DC FanDome, a free worldwide event showcasing their latest trailers, behind-the-scenes reveals and interviews with the stars, artists and filmmakers responsible bringing their beloved properties to life.
This past weekend saw the return of DC FanDome, bringing with it a veritable treasure trove of goodies for die-hard DC fans, and we’ve taken the opportunity to summarize the biggest reveals in one convenient spot. So how about it, Supa-Fans, what say we take a look at what DC FanDome 2021 had to offer?
Black Adam
With co-star Pierce Brosnan claiming to have “never seen anything like it”, the upcoming film starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was the first DC property to get a look in during the event. While the film is still heavily in the post-production process, they did share an early scene from the film where Johnson’s Black Adam is first revealed.
The Flash (TV Series)
The CW’s The Flash, portrayed by Grant Gustin, is getting a new costume for season eight, finally incorporating the gold boots included in the original comic design!

Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom
Apologising for the four-year wait since the original film, Jason Momoa, producer Peter Safran and director James Wan provided a first behind-the-scenes look at the “more mature” sequel.
Aquaman: King of Atlantis
One for the kids! Aside from working on the new live-action film, James Wan has also produced an animated Aquaman trilogy for HBO Max. Check out the latest trailer for part two below:
Milestone Media
In addition to the live-action Static Shock movie currently in development with Michael B. Jordan attached as producer, it was revealed that the first Milestone animated feature is also in the works.
Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League
Following on from last year’s FanDome reveal, a new trailer for the Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League videogame teases more action from within the hit Arkham Knight series, featuring Task Force X. Animated violence warning on this one, Supa-Fans!
Peacemaker
“Dude, I’m famous!” John Cena, James Gunn and the cast of the upcoming Peacemaker spinoff series provided fans with a new trailer ahead of next year’s series premiere.
Stargirl
Stargirl fans caught a sneak peek of Courtney Whitmore being banished to the shadowlands ahead of the second season’s next episode.
DC League of Super-Pets
Black Adam isn’t the only DC film to star Dwayne Johnson, as he is also set to join Kevin Hart in the animated DC League of Super-Pets.
Doom Patrol
Aside from a new mid-season trailer hinting at what’s to come for the Doom Patrol, DC’s weirdest superhero team has officially been renewed for a fourth season.
The Flash (Movie)
Ezra Miller introduced a special sneak peek at the upcoming The Flash film, teasing Barry Allen meeting Michael Keaton’s Batman, and unveiling the 1989 Batmobile.
The Sandman
Ahead of its upcoming debut on Netflix, the live-action adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s acclaimed comic series The Sandman revealed a first look at Game of Thrones’ Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer.
Gotham Knights
Another DC game on the horizon, this year’s FanDome also gave fans a new trailer revealing the Court of Owls story behind the upcoming Gotham Knights.
Batwoman
With season two setting up Luke Fox’s Batwing, plus Mad Hatter and Poison Ivy, a new Batwoman season three trailer offers an even more surprising turn of events: Alice teaming up with Ryan Wilder’s Batwoman.
Catwoman: Hunted
Catwoman is getting her own animated feature film due for release in February 2022! Check out the new trailer below.
Titans
Like Doom Patrol, Titans has also been renewed for a fourth season. Throughout the event, fans also got the chance to take a look at the upcoming season three finale.
Harley Quinn
Kaley Cuoco’s Harley Quinn revealed some early pre-vis animatics for their upcoming third season.
Young Justice
A new trailer for season four of Young Justice teases the trials ahead for DC’s youngest superhero team.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods

Batman’s future butler, Alfred Pennyworth is officially returning for season three of Pennyworth, currently in production and planned for release in 2022.
The Batman
Closing out the event, DC FanDome wowed fans with a new trailer for Matt Reeve’s The Batman starring Robert Pattinson. Showing off the Batmobile in all its glory, this new take on the franchise promises a much darker and very different take on Gotham’s infamous Caped Crusader.
