The Doctor is getting some new travelling companions when Doctor Who and Good Omens’ David Tennant takes on Jules Verne’s classic adventurer Phileas Fogg in a new TV series adaptation of Around the World in 80 Days.
Jurassic World
The five-minute opening sequence for next year’s Jurassic World: Dominion has officially been released, providing audiences with a look at 65 million years ago when the original genetic donor of Jurassic Park’s own T-Rex roamed the Earth.

Star Wars
After months of rumours, Lucasfilm has found its live-action Sabine Wren in the form of actress Natasha Liu Bordizzo. Sabine’s character is expected to make her live-action debut in the upcoming Ahsoka series.
In a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it reveal, a new Book of Boba Fett teaser trailer shows Temuera Morrison’s infamous bounty hunter reclaiming his ship Slave I, prior to the events of season two of The Mandalorian.
Patty Jenkins’ planned Rogue Squadron film has officially been put on the back burner with reports citing scheduling conflicts that would have prohibited Jenkins from officially starting production next year. Meanwhile, Kathleen Kennedy has confirmed that the planned Mandalorian spin-off series Rangers of the New Republic has been shelved and many of its plans may be absorbed into future episodes of The Mandalorian.
Marvel
While fans are still hanging out to see whether Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will meet his multi-versal counterparts, a new trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home reveals Green Goblin, Electro, Lizard, and Sandman, along with a better look at Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock.
Reports are that the Ironheart Disney+ series, featuring Dominique Thorne as the genius Riri Williams who builds her own suit of Iron Man-like armour, is planned to begin filming in April next year.

Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart are teaming up again to lend their voices to next year’s DC League of Super-Pets. A new trailer also shows John Krasinski’s Superman.
