About Guest

Vince Gil was born in 1939 in Sydney, Australia. He is an actor and writer, best known for his brief but memorable portrayal of the character Nightrider in the 1979 film Mad Max.

Gil also played the bikie Dr Death in the 1974 movie Stone, and has starred in many Australian television shows such as You Can’t See Round Corners, The Battlers, Matlock Police, Neighbours, A Country Practice, Prisoner, Division 4, Homicide, Rush, Evil Angels and City Homicide.

In recent years he played a character named Toecutter Durham in the TV series Conspiracy 365 and in a guest role in The Doctor Blake Mysteries.
