Roger Ward is an Australian actor with an extensive filmography, having worked alongside such luminaries as Marlon Brando (Mutiny on the Bounty), Tom Selleck and Alan Rickman (Quigley Down Under), and Peter Graves (Mission: Impossible). At 6’3″ tall, his size and stature led him to many early roles as Security Guards, Policemen, or Gang Members, and is perhaps best known for his role as “Fifi” the Police Captain in Mad Max.
However, Roger has bucked that trend with a diverse range of roles, from Weppo the garbage collector in Number 96, the asylum’s “pie cook” in Young Einstein, Cheesy the Clown in When Good Ghouls Go Bad, and as part of the all-singing, all-dancing pirate crew in The Pirate Movie.
Roger has become a bit of an Aussie Indie film staple in recent years, with roles in Bad Behaviour, Turkey Shoot, Boar, and Faceless Man, with many more projects in the pipeline.
