Mia will give a Q&A panel on The Bureau of Magical Things as part of our Australian Film Showcase at 10:30am on Saturday in Brisbane.

About Guest
Mia made her television debut in Jonathan M. Shiff’s TV series, Mako: Island of Secrets (2013). In the role of Lily, a fairy, Mia was a lead actor in both seasons of the award winning The Bureau of Magical Things (2018, 2021). She also appeared in the short film People You May Know (2016).
Ahead of her November 2021 appearance, Mia told Supanova that “The Bureau Of Magical Things reminds you that it doesn’t matter how old you are, magic is always around you”.
“I think watching a show like ours, re-sparks the inner child in all of us and our imagination which is why it’s infectious,” she said.
“I hope the audience is inspired by strong female characters that demonstrate qualities such as loyalty, intelligence and ambition. While also highlighting the importance of teamwork and friendship.”
Mia is a proud ambassador for the Cambodian Children’s Trust.
