About Guest
Martin Abel is an illustrator and fantasy artist, who currently works for plaid hat games creating character art for board games such as Crystal Clans and Summoner Wars.
Working as a freelance illustrator for 20 years, Martin has worked with various different clients on different projects, creating art for comic book covers, storyboards, editorial illustrations, pin-ups, and fantasy art.
Martin is currently continuing his career in the board game industry, whilst simultaneously developing and producing his own original content which can be found in the form on YouTube videos and streams, fantasy art books, art prints, digital sketch books, and even has released custom brush sets including an FX fantasy set, to help other artists to create their own magic.
Martin plans to eventually release a graphic novel full of his own fantasy adventures, with characters you may have seen pop up in his art books and prints.
