About Guest

Little kids, big adventures…

Little J, he’s five and Big Cuz, she’s nine. They’re a couple of First Nations Australian kids living with their Nanna and Old Dog. There’s so much to discover in the backyard… and beyond – the gaps in Nanna’s ramshackle fence lead to Saltwater, Desert and Freshwater Country.  Of course, Big Cuz and Little J don’t always get along… but Big Cuz has to admit Little J isn’t annoying all the time. Actually he can be “biggest mob of fun”.

When you’re Little J’s age, the world is full of wonder.  But when his VERY BEST day suddenly turns into the VERY WORST, he can rely on his best friend Levi to stick by him. And if the “Little Fellas” adventures don’t go to plan, Nanna is there to show them “proper way”. In each episode, Little J and Big Cuz discover more about country, culture and community. Tucked up in bed at the end of another wonder-filled day, the two kids resolve their squabbles and share a chuckle – while Old Dog sighs with contentment – his pack is safe and sound, thanks to him!

You can watch Little J & Big Cuz now on SBS on Demand.
