About Guest
Liam Sharp is an award-winning Anglo-American writer and artist. He has worked for all the major comic companies, but is primarily known for his more recent work at DC, where he drew the best-selling WONDER WOMAN: REBIRTH series’s, ‘THE LIES’ and ‘THE TRUTH’ written by Greg Rucka, and the acclaimed THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD: BATMAN AND WONDER WOMAN series, which he also wrote. He also had an epic 24 issue run drawing THE GREEN LANTERN, scripted by the legendary Grant Morrison, and he digitally painted BATMAN: REPTILIAN for DC’s Black Label imprint, scripted by the great Garth ‘The Boys’ Ennis.
Liam wrote, illustrated and lettered his own creator-owned series for Image Comics, STARHENGE – a vast, time-spanning sci-fantasy saga based on the legend of Merlin, for which he was nominated for an Eisner Award for best painter/multimedia artist.
More recently, Liam wrote and produced art for an upcoming SPAWN: THE DARK AGES series for Todd McFarlane and Image, and a series of CONAN THE BARBARIAN stories for Titan/Heroic Signatures.
Liam was awarded an honorary doctorate by Derby University in 2022.
He has two published novels, and has also worked in film and TV.
