Joey Vieira is a dynamic Latino American actor, lighting up the screen as “Samson” in the highly anticipated action-zomedy Zombie Plane (2025), where he shares the spotlight with icons Chuck Norris, Vanilla Ice, and Sophie Monk.
Joey is known for bringing depth and charisma to every role. After relocating to Australia, Joey showcased his versatility by landing the role of Diego’s dad, “Nico,” in Paramount Pictures’ blockbuster Dora and the Lost City of Gold. His career boasts an impressive lineup of television credits, including performances in All Her Fault, the Emmy-nominated Texas Rising, ABC’s high-stakes drama Reef Break, and as the unforgettable ‘Wolfman’ in Fortnite’s cinematic series We Will Be Monsters.
Joey’s roots run deep in both Açores, Portugal, and Brasil, but his journey began in the small farming town of Livingston, California. From humble beginnings, he pursued his passion for storytelling, earning a bachelor’s degree in theatre from CSUN. He honed his craft through a rigorous Meisner Masters program and training under renowned coach Brian Reise before embarking on a bold adventure Down Under with his family.
