Henry Carson spends his days interning at a hospital, studying to be a doctor and looking after his younger brother, Denny after the loss of their parents. When Denny gets beat up on his way to high school, Henry and his friends do whatever it takes to cheer him up. After lurking in an online forum, Denny finds a mystery house out in the country that is not far from where they live. In order to make Denny the king of the online forum, they all decide to take a trip to the mystery house to get some photos. The group ventures to the rural property with the idea of a light-hearted adventure to give Denny some happiness. Once they arrive at the house the fun adventure turns into a terror-fueled nightmare as each of them are forced to face their most personal fears and attempt to survive a night in The House of Inequity.
