- Survey promotional giveaway opens 3:00pm AEST, Thursday, 22 August 2024 and closes 11:59pm AEST, Sunday, 8 September 2024 (“the Promotion Period”).
- Entry is open to Supanova Exhibitors residing in Australia only, aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Supanova Expo Pty LTD (Supanova), and associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are ineligible to enter.
- There is one tailored promotional campaign to giveaway, including:
1 x Supanova tour eDM banner inclusion;
1 x week-long Banner Ad inclusion on the Supanova website;
1 x Social Media post across Supanova’s Facebook and relevant city’s Faceook Event Page, Instagram, Threads, and X (formerly Twitter).
a) The total prize pool is valued at $2,915.00.
b) Prizes are not transferable for cash.
c) All promotional items are subject to approval, in accordance with Supanova’s Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, and its Code of Conduct. Supanova reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any promotion that does not align with Supanova’s policies. - Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period, along with a completed Exhibitor Survey for either Sydney 2024 or Perth 2024.
- One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.
- The winner will be selected at random after 9:00am AEST, Monday, 9 September, and notified through the email address provided.
- Incomprehensible and incomplete Exhibitor Surveys will be deemed invalid.
- The results are FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner’s entry details, including name, phone number, and email address, will be provided to Supanova’s Exhibitor Services Team to facilitate your prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected submissions due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
- Winners are responsible for the creation and provision of all visual assets, copy, and external links required for the promotional campaign.
- Social Media and Banner Ad publication dates may be negotiated between the winner and Supanova, excluding the three (3) weeks prior to any Supanova tour, which are not available for this promotion.
- All promotional assets must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to their scheduled publication date, including allowances for any revisions as determined by Supanova.
- In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Supanova, including but not limited missed deadlines for asset submissions, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
- If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value may be offered at the discretion of Supanova.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f) use of a prize. - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third party platforms. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Supanova and not to any third party company. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to Supanova and not to any third party platforms. These platforms will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
