Timeline is as follows:
- Applications Open
- 3rd of April – Applications Close
- 6th of April – Applications that are approved will be contacted by this date
- 10th of April 2026 – Date where all audio visual material needs to be submitted
There is no remuneration for your appearance, however complementary weekend passes will be provided to performers, and critical staff if your act is accepted.

Performers who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their time on the Performance Stage.
Performance Stage Details
- 8m W x 4m D x 0.6m H Stage (with audio foldback monitor, and basic lighting)
- Wireless handheld microphones (We are unable to provide IEMs or headset microphones)
- D.I. available if required (please let us know in your application)
- No band backline
- On-The-Day Audio Operator
- Merchandise table (half table) available if required
Please note that time-intensive setups such as bands, or running parallel mixing setups may not be approved.
