Supanova welcomes Carer and Companion Cards*, as well as official service animals. For Companion Card holders, simply present your valid card when you arrive to have your ticket scanned, and your companion will be given complimentary entry to assist you throughout the event. The same applies for Carer Card holders, who will be given free admission when attending to assist a paid ticketholder.
The GCCEC and Supanova are committed to providing equitable access to all visitors.
Wheelchair access is available to all areas of the building, including wheelchair lift access from the car park where ample disability bays are located beside the elevator on the first basement level.
Specially designed bathrooms are also located on all levels. Public bathrooms and lift facilities throughout the Centre have Braille signs, and a mobile hearing augmentation system ensures clearer reception throughout the venue.
Tactile warning indicators to stairs, ramps and other changing conditions comply with all laws governing safety. Please see the GCCEC floor plan or their Accessibility Guide for more details.
Supanova now has a quiet space available for attendees who may be experiencing sensory overload or are overwhelmed and need a space away from the crowds. If you require assistance in this capacity, please speak to any of our wonderful volunteers who will be able to either direct or escort you to the designated space.
Each Seminar Room has reserved accessibility seating, as well as designated wheelchair areas. Should you require seating in these areas, or any other form of assistance throughout the day, simply speak to one of our friendly volunteers or crew, and they will be happy to assist.
*Please note that an admission ticket must be purchased to receive complimentary carer or companion entry, and that both parties must be present upon admission to the event.
