The Supanova Cosplay Competition is back for 2026, along with skits and performances, all hosted on the Sunday, 8th November! We’ve got some guidelines in place to help you (and us!) have the smoothest possible experience, so please check out the Cosplay Competition Rules & Regulations and as always ensure you follow our Weapons Policy so you’re all set for the event itself!

Supanova’s Cosplay Competition is evolving! We’re introducing Pro and Amateur divisions for single entrants, giving cosplayers the chance to compete alongside others with a similar level of experience. Each division will have its own Craftsmanship, Creativity and Judge’s Choice awards, while all entrants will still be in the running for Best in Show. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned maker, this new structure aims to celebrate the incredible talent and imagination of cosplayers at every level.

Want a more relaxed way to show off your cosplay! Come join the Cosplay Showcase on Saturday, 7th November. This low-stakes, low-stress event is open to cosplayers of all levels of experience to get on stage and strike a pose.

A returning fan-fave, Supanova Cosplay Dash is an exciting mini-event for cosplayers on Friday, 6th November! Open to everyone, this event gives you the opportunity to have a moment in the spotlight without the stress of skits or questions. Registrations are on the day, so head to Cosplay HQ first thing to get your name on the list!
