About Guest
Ashley Wood is an artist with an extensive career spanning multiple disciplines. He is one of Australia’s most published and widely known comic book artists/illustrators. His fine art is exhibited in solo shows around the world. He has worked with every major comic book publisher, Marvel, DC, Image, IDW and Todd McFarlane. He is current works for DC, Syzygy and Image.
Ashley’s work also appears in videogames, most notably the Metal Gear Solid and Halo franchises. His own independent works include: Popbot, Lore, WWR, ZVR and Adventure Kartel amongst others, these works have been optioned for film and television by Disney, Sony and Warner Bros. He is also the co-founder of UV Toys and the previous co-founder of 3A Toys.
