Summer Glau is an American prima ballerina and actress, who is best known for for her iconic characters River Tam in Joss Whedon’s TV series Firefly and the feature film, Serenity, and Cameron Philips in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

2010 saw Summer fulfilling two lifelong dreams by starring in both a Lifetime movie (Deadly Honeymoon), and filming a Western (The Legend of Hell’s Gate: An American Conspiracy). She has since made several other television appearances, including Alphas, Chuck, The Big Bang Theory and Greys Anatomy.

In 2011 Summer returned as a regular to TV playing Orwell in the series, The Cape. Continuing with the Super hero theme, she then went on to star as Isabel Rochev in Season 2 of the series Arrow.

In recent years Summer appeared in the LARP comedy Knights of Badassdom, the voice of Wendy in the pilot for the animated Peter Panzerfaust, and more recently in the TV series thriller, Sequestered.
