The Supa-Star director of this year’s action comedy super-hero extravaganza Kick Ass, Matthew Vaughn, joins us via the wonders of Skype “Live from London”!

Not only the Director of Kick Ass, Vaughn was responsible for adapting the stunning Stardust, written By Neil Gaiman, and directing Layer Cake (which starred the newest ‘James Bond’, Daniel Craig!), another awesome British film! How did you get into the film industry? And do you offer work experience to young filmakers on sets of your films?
Firstly would like to say that I have been a fan of your previous films and throughly enjoyed Kick-Ass. Having made Kick-Ass independently, would you now consider doing all of your films this way, working like the UK equivalent of George Lucas (when he used to make good films)?
