Clancy Coe (aka Cutiesaurus) is a comic artist who specialises in fantasy and science fiction comics using both traditional and digital mediums.
She lives in Brisbane and from a young age has developed a love for both Western comics and Japanese manga, the influence of both which can be seen in her work.
Although she has been an artist all her life, Clancy only started making her own comics in the past three years. In 2016 and 2017, she has taken part in local comic events such as Comicstreet and ZICS (The Zine & Indie Comic Symposium) and is looking forward to bringing her work to a larger audience at Supanova.
As a comic creator who is chronically ill and also part of the LGBTIAQ+ community, she feels that it is important to increase visibility and knowledge about diversity while also creating something entertaining and visually appealing.
