Terryl Rothery as Janet Fraiser

A Vancouver, British Columbia, native, Teryl Rothery always knew she wanted to be an entertainer. She began her career as a dancer at age thirteen when she performed in her first musical, “Bye Bye Birdie”. Her role in “Annie Get Your Gun” earned her a Most Outstanding Performer award with her theater company.

She has been working in TV & Movie industry for many years and has seen great success in the hit shows “Stargate SG-1”, “Kyle XY” and “Caprica”. Over the years, Teryl has appeared on “The Outer Limits”, “The X Files”, “First Wave” and movies such as Masterminds with Patrick Stewart, Exhuming Mr. Rice with David Bowie. When not working, Teryl enjoys walking, riding and roller blading.

Teryl Rothery’s feature film credits include Urban Safari, Andre  and Exquisite Tenderness. She has appeared in the television movies Who Killed My Daughter, Deceived by Trust: A Moment of Truth Movie, She Stood Alone: The Tailhook Scandal, For the Love of Nancy and The Man Who Wouldn’t Die and has guest-starred on “The X Files”, “The Commish”, “Robin’s Hoods”, “M.A.N.T.I.S.”  and “Cobra”.  Teryl has used her voice talents on many cartoon series including “Exosquad” , “Ranma 1/2” and “DragonBall Z”.

On “Stargate SG-1”, Teryl played the part of “Dr. Janet Fraiser,” Medical Officer for the Cheyenne Mountain Facility for a number of seasons. Dr. Fraiser’s skill and compassion enable her to face the most peculiar cases brought to her by SG-1 and all the other SG teams.

In more recent years Teryl has appeared in the hit Sci-fi shows “Caprica”, “Kyle XY” and the Sy-Fy Original Mini Series “ALICE.”


Terryl looks forward to seeing all her fans at the upcoming Supanova expo where she will be appearing on both days between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm.
