What does cosplay mean to you and why do you love it?

It’s an inspirational and enjoyable form of artistic expression. It’s fun re-creating stuff and letting your creativity flow. It’s also a thrill recreating and becoming a character from your favourite series.

Furthermore it’s also an added bonus when you can cosplay together with people who share the same interest/hobby it makes it all the more enjoyable. ^_^v

What we can expect to see from you at the Grand Final?

Angels and Demons maybe errr……something that’ll require a lot of work and time….then again all costumes require heaps of time. Just wait and see hehe XD

A short paragraph description about what cosplay means to you and why you love it so much
Cosplay, for me, is about celebrating a character or a series that I love, and sharing that with my friends. I really like the process of making a costume, and there’s always a moment about three quarters of the way along when you’re trying it on and you can see the outlines of the character coming together, and that moment is always so joyful for me. I also love cosplaying with friends – it’s not just moral support, it’s being able to have fun together with photoshoots and sharing the love of the series. Plenty of people are big fans of television shows and they like to talk about them with other people – well there’s nothing better than cosplaying with your friends!

What we can expect to see from you at the Grand Final
More of our strengths! We’ve chosen a series we enjoy and characters that we both like and that suit us! We’re looking forward to sharing that with everyone in October.
