Supanova is proud to present Marianne de Pierres who will be appearing over both Saturday and Sunday from 10.30am onwards. She will be conducting a panel/seminar, along with her fantasy/sci-fi writing cohorts, and autographing her novels daily at Supanova.
Marianne de Pierres is the author of the multi award-nominated Parrish Plessis (Nylon Angel, Code Noir, Crash Deluxe) and Sentients of Orion series (Dark Space, Chaos Space). The Parrish Plessis series has been translated into eight languages and adapted into a Role Playing Game. She recently had her co-written film script, Stalking Daylight, optioned by Enchanter Productions. In addition to her science fiction, in 2009 Marianne will launch a new series of humourous, paranormal crime under the pseudonym Marianne Delacourt.
Marianne has recently been shortlisted for the 2009 Aurealis Awards.
