Make sure to give them a warm welcome and follow them on twitter at @supastellar!
The team was formed mid last year by a group of girls who were keen to enter competitive CS:GO gameplay but hadn’t had experience in a team before and were all fairly new players. As the team established they realised their passion for learning and improving both as players and as a team, and since then they’ve gone from strength to strength. What makes them special is the strong bond between them, their positive attitudes and how much fun they have together when they play. They’re incredibly excited to see their progress over the coming year alongside Supanova.
Team role: In game leader/entry fragger
Profile: I’ve been gaming my whole life, starting young with Zelda: Ocarina of Time on N64 and Team Fortress Classic on PC. I started playing CS 1.6 when I was 14 but took a 9 year break and rediscovered CS:GO a bit over a year ago. Ever since then I’ve been obsessed with improving and growing as a player. About seven months ago I started this team as a way of entering proper competitive play. What I didn’t expect was to create such a strong bond with every incredible person on the team. Partnering with Supanova has been incredible experience for us as a team to spread our reach and love of gaming with pop culture fans around Australia. I can’t wait to see what this partnership brings us over coming year.

Team role: Support player/rifler
Based: Gold Coast
Profile: I was brought up gaming by my super geeky parents (love them!) and whilst I mostly play Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, I also play games such as Quake, Battlefield, Overwatch, Guild Wars, Mario, and League of Legends. Aside from gaming I have a huge interest in makeup artistry and cosplaying as I love being hands on and creative! I am so happy to be apart of my team, these girls are the sweetest and funniest girls ever and I love them to bits! Working with Supanova and Guineviere Capital has been amazing and they are the most supportive people to work with. We also have the very best sponsors on board and being able to meet some of the people behind these companies at Supanova events has been awesome as they’re all such lovely people! The team is working and grinding to become better each day and I’m looking forward to where we can take this!

Team role: Entry fragger/rifler
Profile: I grew up surrounded by family members who played video games so I started quite young. I took a couple years off gaming while I was studying but decided to get back into Counter Strike Global Offensive because my friends were all playing. I met a bunch of lovely girls who introduced me to the competitive side of CSGO and now I play in a female team called SupaStellar. My all time favourite games to play are the Sims, Counter Strike Global Offensive, Final Fantasy, Skyrim and H1Z1/PUBG.
Team role: AWP/clutcher
Based: Melbourne (regional)
Profile: I’ve been gaming since I can remember and have always loved it growing up. I’ve been addicted to CS:GO since it’s release and being in a team with such great people and players has really motivated me to work hard and show our potential as a team. Since we started this journey together we have grown and achieved so much. It was an honour to be invited to the Melbourne supanova expo, I had so much fun and met some really awesome people. I look forward to what the future holds for our team and our partners!
Team role: Rifler/ 2nd AWP
Profile: I grew up playing video games with my dad and my best guy friends from playstation 1 to the xbox 360. I’ve mainly been playing on consoles up until my friend in high school introduced me to CS:GO and it converted me to a PC gamer. Fast track down the line, I met a few girls that introduced me to the competitive side of CS:GO and I’m super excited to see how we grow as a team and where our partnership with Supanova will take us!
