How do I sign up?

Please make sure you have read the competition rules and weapons policy before completing the form below. If you don’t read them, you may not be able to enter the competition.

* Please note: To register for multiple days you will need to register for each day separately.

And please note the dimensions on the image required (800 x 800). Failure to provide an appropriate image will result in your registration being declined. Please help us getting you registered smoothly.

Registration Cut-off Dates

Deadlines to preregister (1 week before the event). Preregistrations after these dates will be rejected regardless of any confirmation emails you get.

ENTRANT CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

I confirm that I have fully read and understand the conditions set out in the Supanova Cosplay Competition Terms and Conditions and have also fully read and understand the Weapons Policy.

I also agree to fully comply with the request to remove or change out of any part of the costume that the Supanova Expo staff may deem too questionable and/or is a threat to public safety and/or comfort of other expo attendees. Costume sensibly.

I am aware that on the day of the competition, I will also be asked to sign at the Cosplay Registration desk and acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules. The consequences for a severe violation of the rules can include being asked to leave the Supanova site and/or bans from further competition.
